PAPRIKA Agency was founded in 2003 by Kasia Englert and Wojtek M. Latek. Previously they worked in international advertising agency TBWA Warsaw and incentive house Discovery Travel. Together they completed dozens of incentive trips and hundreds of events in Poland. Currently Kasia Englert focuses on the organization of sporting events and incentive trips within KITEPARK. Wojtek M. Latek continues operations as PAPRIKA Wojciech Latek, working directly for clients, but also working with PR agencies, event companies or incentive travel organizers.
